Human Resources Business Partner (multiple opportunities)

Location: Launceston
Salary: 80k - 100k + super (depending on opportunity and experience)
Contract: Full-time, permanent

About the Role:
As the HR Business Partner, you will provide professional, business-focused people services across all workplace groups. You will work closely with management and employees, offering high-level specialist advice and support in areas such as:
Talent acquisition and retention.
Workforce capability, planning, and engagement.
Employee and industrial relations.
Organisational development and culture.
Policy and procedure development.
Coaching managers for effective people management.

RequirementsTertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
At least 2 years of HR experience.
Strong understanding of relevant awards, legislation, and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
A current driver's license.
