The role will focus on driving foundational HR processes, supporting team development, and working closely with leadership to build and implement effective HR architecture.
This is a key opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to step out of HR operations and contribute strategically to the business, focusing on workforce planning, talent development, and operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Architecture:
Partner with leadership to define and implement HR strategies, helping to build and shape HR platforms and systems to support business functions.
The role will not involve systems implementation directly, but will be integral in working with IT and L&D teams to ensure processes are aligned with organizational needs.
Workforce Planning & Capability Development:
Lead workforce planning initiatives, supporting the development of talent pipelines, and ensuring the business has the right capabilities to meet strategic goals.
You will work closely with leadership on creating structured programs to develop and retain key talent.
Support Restructure & Team Development:

You will act as a support for the HR team, taking on operational tasks to allow senior HR leaders to focus on strategic matters.
This includes supporting Megan and the broader team by managing the operational workload and helping develop policies and leadership programs.

Build strong working relationships across various departments (IT, L&D, leadership, etc.
), ensuring HR services are seamlessly integrated into business operations.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive business alignment and ensure HR strategies meet the needs of the organization.
Data-Driven HR Practices:
Use HR data and insights to influence decision-making and guide the business on key HR metrics like workforce planning, retention, and employee development.
