Role Overview:
We are seeking an HR Business Partner with experience in building culture, strategic workforce planning, and supporting business growth. This flexible role offers the opportunity to partner with leadership, contributing to the company's expansion and creating a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities: Culture Building: Champion a supportive, engaging, and values-driven work environment that empowers our people to thrive.Job Descriptions: Craft and refine role descriptions that align with our culture and attract the right talent.Recruitment Oversight: Lead the hiring process, attracting top talent in the market whilst focusing on cultural fit and ensuring seamless onboarding experiences.Employee Relations: Act as the go-to for resolving team member's concerns, enhancing communication, and ensuring team wellbeing.KPI Development & Management: Collaborate with team leads to develop meaningful KPIs that inspire growth and alignment with company values.People Strategy: Work with leadership to devise and implement a people strategy.Workforce Planning: Assist in planning and optimising workforce structure to meet the company's growing needs.Process Improvement: Assess current HR processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement best practice HR processes across the organisation.Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with leadership to build a strong team culture and measure engagement.Workplace Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations, manage risk, and support initiatives promoting employee wellness and safety.Skills & Experience: Extensive HR experience, ideally in a similar role within a fast-paced, growing business environment.Strong background in recruitment, employee relations, and culture-building.Experience in developing and managing KPIs and workforce planning.Proven ability to work strategically with leadership teams to drive growth and people development.Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.This is a rare opportunity to take on a pivotal role in a growing business.
