About The Role:
Division: People and Wellbeing Reports To: People Lead Are you a strategic HR professional who loves building strong relationships and driving impactful people initiatives?
Join our dynamic People and Wellbeing team as an HR Business Partner, where you'll partner with leaders to deliver high-impact solutions that boost engagement, productivity, and overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders to create and implement tailored People Plans.
Drive initiatives in employee engagement, talent development, and workforce planning.
Provide expert advice on compensation, employee relations, wellbeing, and performance management.
Lead activities that enhance workplace culture and support retention.
Collaborate with the People and Wellbeing team to ensure alignment with business goals.
Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing, ensuring compliance with WHS policies.
Coach and mentor leaders, building leadership capability across the organisation.
Key to Success:
Build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Deliver people-focused solutions that drive engagement and operational excellence.
Champion safety, collaboration, and inclusion in all aspects of your work.
Support change and transformation initiatives.
About You:
Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or generalist HR role.
Strong relationship-building, coaching, and mentoring skills.
In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Experience managing change in dynamic environments.
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
