As the business continues to scale and grow, they are seeking to appoint an HR Business Partner in a newly created role in their Eastern region, covering Queensland and Northern NSW.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Eastern Region HR Manager and joining an established national HR team, the HRBP will collaborate with colleagues and peers within the regional team and across their national CoE model to support a broad range of operational and project-based delivery. In this role, you will be:

Supporting a full remit of generalist HR activities across the employee lifecycle for a portfolio of roughly 700 people. This includes recruitment through to change management, ER, performance management, talent and engagement action-planning.In collaboration with the HR Manager, drive relevant strategic initiatives aligned to the global and regional people plan – this includes a specific focus on supporting capability development and culture, succession planning and talent objectives.Foster strong positive relationships with dispersed operational leadership teams, identifying opportunities to partner and engage in support of a changing and growing business. About you

We will be looking for the following areas of experience and capability:
End-to-end HR generalist experience gained within operational, blue-collar environments – ideally with regionally dispersed stakeholder groups.Highly competent HR Business Partner with the experience and desire to support operational leadership teams and can demonstrate a positive and forward-thinking approach.Strong coaching mindset and a demonstrated ability to build proactive and strategic partnerships with leadership teams as well as across CoE HR models.This role will be based 20mins Southeast of Brisbane CBD in a hybrid working environment with ideally four days/week on site. The HRBP will also undertake frequent (fortnightly) travel predominantly across QLD and, as such, will be provided a vehicle for full, private use.
