Job Description Are you an experienced HR Professional with a passion for coffee? As the HR Business Partner for JDE Australia, you will play a crucial role in driving HR initiatives across the business and partnering with our leaders to enable performance and growth. This is a permanent full-time position based in both our North Sydney head office, and our roastery in Kingsgrove.
In this role, you will:
Provide strategic and operational HR support to the business. Drive talent acquisition, retention, and development activities such as recruitment, onboarding, training, and succession planning. Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations. Develop and implement HR policies, programs and strategies that support business objectives. Qualifications For this role as a HR Business Partner, we're looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
You have demonstrated experience as an HR Business Partner. A strong understanding of HR principles, local laws and regulations, and best practices. Complex stakeholder engagement and management skills. Proven experience managing employee relations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive change and innovation.
