Job DescriptionA unique opportunity to join a large operations business with offices based in Western Sydney. They have created a HR Business Partner - Corporate position to support their current workforce.
Reporting to the Senior HR Manager and supporting the CFO, COO and GM, you will work closely to support ongoing HR and strategic projects. In addition, you will build long term partnerships with key stakeholders, ensuring that you always demonstrate integrity, strong ethics and values, together with dedicated customer focus with every interaction. This role will be key in working on organisation redesign and change management.
The main responsibilities include:
Provide dedicated end to end support, guidance and services to the business region to achieve strategic outcomesProvide support to the business in relation to performance management, remuneration reviews, promotions and transitions as well as day to day human resource managementSupport employee relations along with policy interpretation, workplace investigations and complaint managementDevelop engagement and retention strategiesFoster an engaged, committed and customer centric workforce, where staff embrace change, are flexible and agile in their workOrganisational redesign and change managementThe successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in supporting executive leaders in a complex business.
