We have a relentless focus on achievement, learning, and continuous improvement.The OpportunityReporting to the Head of People Partnering, the People Partner will work closely with the Commercial leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the business's goals and create an environment where Smart, Driven, and Real people can thrive.What you'll doPartner with the commercial leadership team to execute HR initiatives across our 3 critical imperatives.Partner with leaders and HR COEs to address talent gaps across key functions.Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.Partner with the commercial leadership team to drive action planning through the annual engagement survey.Coach, support, and influence leaders to develop and sustain a constructive culture.Act as the point of contact for employee relations issues, including mediating disputes, conducting investigations, and addressing grievances.Coach and enable leaders to deliver better HR cyclical based events.Own and deliver cross-functional projects against our people strategy.What you'll bringExperience in the HR business partnering arena whereby you've partnered closely with leaders to execute initiatives, build capability, and drive tangible outcomes.Working @ James HardieStable growth at a global building products manufacturer.Bonus scheme for all eligible employees.Product discounts.Paid parental leave of 16 weeks for the Primary Carer (including super) and two weeks for the Secondary Carer.2 Volunteer days per year.Plenty of employee rewards and benefits including a rewards and recognition program.Online shopping discounts.International & domestic development and progression opportunities.Access to thousands of free self-development modules.Proudly providing Australian Made fibre cement to the market for over 100 years.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as a People and Performance Business Partner?What's your expected annual base salary?How much notice are you required to give your current employer?Are you seeking part-time employment?
