About the role: We are seeking an experienced HR professional to provide proactive, high-quality advice and support on a broad range of human resource matters.
You will work closely with the leadership team to drive HR initiatives that support our client's vision and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities: Provide expert advice on complex HR matters, including industrial relations, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and legislative compliance.
Act as a key advisor on employment instruments such as Enterprise Agreements, Awards, and relevant legislation.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems.
Act as a key advisor on employment instruments such as Enterprise Agreements, Awards, and relevant legislation.
Lead HR projects related to organisational culture, succession planning, and enterprise bargaining.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage employee relations, including handling grievances and conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety (WHS) requirements and manage workers' compensation cases.
About You: Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role with significant knowledge of contemporary HR management practices.
Strong understanding of employee relations, industrial awards, and relevant legislation.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex HR cases, including disputes and third-party adjudications.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
High-level analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience in policy development and project management.
Ability to work autonomously and lead, coach, and mentor staff.
Commitment to ethical behavior and promoting a positive workplace culture.
Essential Qualifications: A degree in a relevant discipline with at least three years of experience in a similar role.
A current driver's license.
