Key responsibilities include: Developing trusted connections across all levels of the organisation to ensure access to strategic and operational HR insights. Support discussions around organisational design to drive our growth and innovation. Coaching leaders to foster workforce commitment, high performance, and alignment with our strategic goals. Partnering with leaders on performance reviews, performance management, and development plans. About you You will have experience in large, complex environments and a strong track record of achieving impactful HR and business results. You'll bring a collaborative approach, a knack for creative problem-solving, and a passion for driving meaningful change. In this role, you'll work directly with Senior Manager level stakeholders, so your ability to engage and influence will be key to your success.
