Salary starts at $111,077 + super
Our People and Performance team has an exciting opportunity for experiencedHR Business Partnerto join the team. In this role, you will report to the Manager, People Partners and assist in providing high level strategic and operational HR advice and guidance to our client groups.
This is a true HR business partnering opportunity, where you will be required to build key stakeholder relationships and provide outstanding customer service in the day-to-day activities and services that you provide. In this role you will need to be able to establish your credibility and act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders in order to successfully implement innovative HR solutions.
An excellent career opportunity for an experienced mid-level human resources professional to join a dedicated and highly regarded team of professionals and be a part of the broader People, Performance & Culture group where there will be significant development opportunity.
Essential Requirements
High level knowledge of human resources legislation, policies, practices and strategies
Experience in implementing client focused human resource strategies, programs and services
Change management and project coordination skills
Understanding of job evaluation methodology i.e. Mercer CED, Hay or OCR desirable
Demonstrated experience in the use of human resources management information systems i.e. SAP desirable
