The Opportunity A great opportunity (2 month contract) for an experienced Human Resources professional whereby you will be assisting in the execution of the overall HR strategy and objectives, whilst providing advice and expert guidance to individual departments.
This role is supported by a group of high performing HR professionals.
About You To be considered for this role, you will require the following skills and experience:
Developing relationships and influencing at a senior level and using this relationship to understand business needs and demands to tailor HR approach.Proactively work with Department Managers to provide guidance and execute on employee engagement, retention & culture.Providing trusted advice and executing on employee relations matters.Delivering advice on management, coaching and advisory.Extensive stakeholder engagement and liaison (internal and external).A demonstrated ability to develop clear, actionable steps in support of an overall business strategy and deliver relevant, effective people solutions in a changing environment.A tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or other relevant discipline is desirable.Demonstrated HR experience in Local Government or the Public Sector.To Apply Applications should be forwarded to us by clicking the 'Apply' button below.
