Join a leading recruitment and HR services provider on the Sunshine Coast, established in 2005. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic HR and Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This role combines recruitment and HR responsibilities, offering a varied and rewarding position within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Develop strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted Talent Advisor, providing personalised recruitment services. Proactively source and build pipelines of talent using modern recruitment strategies. Use CRM systems to track recruitment activities. Human Resources: Deliver generalist HR support to clients, including drafting employment contracts, interpreting awards, and creating job descriptions. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, tailored to clients' needs. Provide HR advice and resolve employee relations issues by investigating problems, proposing solutions, and reporting outcomes to management. Design and deliver training programs and workshops for clients to support their workforce development. Client Engagement and Development: Engage with clients to understand their business needs and provide HR and recruitment solutions that align with their goals. Stay informed of industry developments, competitive trends, and legal changes to advise clients on best practices. About You: Proven experience in recruitment and HR roles (internal or agency). Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-making. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on delivering results in a deadline-driven environment. Ability to manage conflicting priorities and work autonomously while contributing to team success. Degree qualifications in HR, Business, or a related field are highly regarded. A proactive, solutions-focused attitude with a passion for working with people.
