HR and Recruitment Administration Officer True hybrid working – work from home and our Mitcham office Exciting opportunity to become a part of a supportive team within a positive workplace environment.
We are looking for an experienced and self-driven HR & Recruitment Administrator to join our team.
Reporting into HR Shared Services Manager, within the People Partnering & Operations Division, this role is crucial in supporting Talent Acquisition and HR Systems.
Responsibilities include managing job postings, scheduling interviews, and maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), with a strong emphasis on candidate experience.
The role also involves assisting with HR administrative tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, employee transfers, increments, and probationary processes.
Additionally, it supports day-to-day system administration and contributes to ad-hoc projects, ensuring high-level administrative support and operational efficiency for the business.

Your key responsibilities Supporting the HR Shared Services team by: Posting job openings on various job boards to attract talent to join our organisation.
Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers.
Preparing employment contracts and facilitating a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
Maintaining accurate records in Applicant Tracking System.
Monitoring and actioning the team's shared inboxes.
Assisting with administrative HR tasks (e.g.
Employee transfers, higher duties, employment checks/confirmation letters, flexible work arrangements, increments and probation).
Raising purchase orders and processing invoices.
Assisting with systems and process improvement projects.
What we're looking for A whiz administrator that is passionate about customer service and has a track record operating in a fast-paced environment.
Someone who is great at multitasking, remains calm under pressure and doesn't sweat the small stuff.
2-3 years' experience within a similar role is preferred but not essential.
Qualifications in HR or administration is preferred but not essential.
Familiarity with HRIS systems and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is highly desirable.
Experience with Cornerstone is a bonus but not mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a keen eye for detail.
A can-do attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate skills in Excel, Word, Power Point).
