United Support Services QLD are seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our team.

This is a Part-time, fixed-term role, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the Management team in recruitment and onboarding.
Implement employee engagement initiatives.
Manage employee relations and compliance tasks according to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards commission.
Maintain employee records and HR systems to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
Provide guidance to managers and staff on HR policies and procedures.
Contribute to projects that improve organizational culture and staff wellbeing.
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in NDIS related HR or field.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
A proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
Familiarity with HR systems and Microsoft Office.
Experience with audits and managing a small team inclusive of SILs management.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
Supplementary Pay:
Overtime pay Performance bonus Experience:

Work Location: In person
