Lead all HR data aspects of continuous improvement within core people processes and champion data-driven decision-making to enhance organisational performance.Establish and champion effective processes, protocols, and systems to ensure quality reporting and insights, records management, and data integrity.Gather, clean, and validate data from various HR sources to ensure high-quality, impactful reporting.Own the reporting and analytics delivery for key HR projects.Support the Remuneration and Reporting Manager with process and system improvement initiatives.Leverage and enhance BI dashboard capabilities to streamline reporting processes and improve data accessibility for stakeholders.About YouStrong Excel skills.Experience with reporting tools such as PowerBI.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders across the business.Experience with process improvement to drive greater data integrity.To ApplyIf you are interested in this exciting opportunity with us, please click apply and upload your CV.
