Lead all HR data aspects of continuous improvement within core people processes and champion data-driven decision-making to enhance organisational performance.
Establish and champion effective process, protocols, and systems to ensure quality reporting and insights, records management, and data integrity, ensuring alignment of activities with relevant business processes and award obligations.Gather, clean, and validate data from various HR sources to ensure high-quality, impactful reporting.
Take ownership of the collaborative approach by actively partnering with Payroll (as the source of truth), IT, Finance, Operations and others where relevant to maintain data integrity and alignment across functions.Own the reporting and analytics delivery for key HR projects, including compliance reporting (e.g., WGEA), talent management, bonus and salary reviews, organisational changes, and other initiatives as required.Work with payroll to define, establish and own key performance metrics and reporting capability and deliver to regular reporting cycles.Support the Remuneration and Reporting Manager with process and system improvement initiatives (simplification and automation), and any other ad-hoc related tasks as required.Leverage and enhance BI dashboard capabilities to streamline reporting processes, provide actionable insights, and improve data accessibility for stakeholders.
Continuously refine dashboards to deliver meaningful, real-time insights that support strategic decision-making across HR initiatives.
