THE OPPORTUNITY As the Human Resources Advisor , reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will partner with key stakeholders and managers to deliver generalist HR advice, support and services to the Peak Downs project.

Work autonomously on site, as the day to day point of contact for all HR related queries and matters Lead complex investigations, and support with Enterprise Agreement Negotiations Provide advice, training, coaching and support to site operational teams in relation to the entire employee lifecycle including remuneration, employee engagement, policies, procedures, learning and development, employee relations and performance management. Provide expertise regarding conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, disputes and investigations Support the wider Queensland HR team in the delivery of all aspects of HR and IR activities for the Project Support in the development, implementation and maintenance of effective people strategies and initiatives Support and collaborate community, diversity and inclusion initiatives for the Project Work closely with and provide support to the Human Resources Manager Promote a values-based approach to HR at the Project. ABOUT YOU We are ideally seeking candidates with the following:
