Join a national team of HR professionals and become an integral part of this firm's growth plans.

This full-time, permanent position offers an excellent growth opportunity for you as a mid-career HR professional.

It will give you access to wide-ranging generalist responsibilities as well as business partnering and a diverse range of projects.

You'll be part of a close-knit team, led by an approachable National HR lead. Also, whilst you'll be based in the firm's Sydney office (with some hybrid flexibility), you'll be part of a national HR function and so have the opportunity to Business Partner work with people at all levels across the firm.

About you

You will:
be an experienced HR professional (4 years+)be committed to working in a wide-ranging generalist roleoffer HR experience in a professional services firmexperience working within a 'time-billable' Partnership firm such as law or accountancy would be viewed favourablyThe Employer
