HR Advisor/ Junior HR Business Partner A fantastic opportunity for a go getting HR Coordinator/ HR Advisor who is ready for a step up to learn & develop as a HR professional!
Circa $100,000 to $110,000 package inclusive of superannuation Sydney CBD Location - 2 days WFH Join a brilliant team & growing organisation!
About the Organisation: Join a team of passionate problem solvers as a Junior HRBP within a highly regarded Financial Services organisation on a continued growth trajectory.
This role is based in their Sydney CBD office and will support a high performing HR team.
In this role you will receive direct mentorship from a fantastic HR leader & team of HR Business Partners.
As a Junior HRBP you will gain exposure across the employee lifecycle, including activities related to employee relations, performance management, and other HR projects and initiatives as required.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated & proactive Senior HR Coordinator or HR Advisor who is eager to continue developing their HR toolkit.
About the Role: As a Junior HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role within the organisation and will be responsible for but not limited to:  Owning the onboarding & exit experience  Maintaining employment records Managing a small portfolio end to end across the employee lifecycle (including employee relations queries (escalating as needed), team development, performance management, policy advice & coaching leaders)  Working closely with TA & other HR teams  Assisting with ad-hoc HR projects  About You: To be successful in this role you will bring: Previous HR Coordination/ Generalist/ HR Advisory experience – with an interest in expanding your HR toolkit with a passion to learn & develop Experience within Professional Services, or Finance Services is advantageous Excellent communication skills both written & verbal Strong Influencing and Stakeholder Management Skills are essential, along with the ability to build and maintain relationships University undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification / equivalent experience is desired How to Apply:  If you are confident that your experience reflects the above criteria, please apply online quoting Ref no: 3867830.
