This is a generalist role that will involve end-to-end case management. The position is full-time and permanent. The organization offers flexible hybrid working options, typically 3 days in the office and 2 from home. Your key responsibilities include: Manage cases end-to-endEscalate complex cases to senior members in the HR function to managePartner with line managers across the organisation to build relationships and encourage a positive collaborative relationship with HROversee and action the central P&C inbox by responding to enquiries and providing first level HR advice on policy and proceduresPrepare and process a range of employment correspondenceAssist with the P&C budget forecast and monitor monthly and year to date spendPrepare and distribute regular and ad hoc P&C reportsMaintain, monitor, and report on employment complianceSupport with end-to-end recruitmentCoach and guide business leaders on HR best practices, including but not limited to performance management, probation reviews etc.Support the People and Culture team with the scheduling meetings and events and coordinating agenda and minutesYou will have the following: Working toward or completion of a degree or diploma in Human Resources or related fieldPrevious experience in a dedicated HR roleExperience managing cases end-to-endStrong communication skills - both written and verbalDemonstrated customer-centric approach, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholdersWell-developed organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage competing prioritiesBenefits Hybrid work optionsLearning and development budgetParking onsiteHow to Apply If this sounds interesting or you would like to hear more, please contact ****** or simply apply online with your CV, including a cover letter.
