BildGroup is currently looking to appoint an experienced HR Advisor to join our growing team, providing specialist HR advice , providing administrative support and helping to implement HR initiatives across the business.

About the Role: Reporting to our Senior HR Business Partnering team and working closely with the wider team of Advisors and Officers this role will be based full time on site at our Head office in Campbellfield. You will help provide support and advise business units on all people related matters.You will also administer and support the wider HR function with reporting and assist with implementing change to process and other HR initiatives.
In this role you will:
Provide HR advice and support to managers and employees in recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, remuneration and conflict resolution, escalating to the Senior HRBP when required.Assist with the implementation of a range of HR policies, procedures and processes across onboarding, training, staff movements, to support effective people management practicesIdentify and analyse emerging issues, trends, statistics and information related to people matters and produce accurate reporting.Assist with management and delivery of HR initiatives and projects in partnership with Senior HR Business Partners and HR team.Maintain accurate HR records and databases.About You: First and foremost we are looking for a people person with the ability to form trusted working relationships with employees at all levels across the business. Self-managing and accountable, you will thrive in a culture of collaboration and partnering with your stakeholders. With strong influencing and negotiation skills, you will be commercially focussed, pragmatic and able to produce timely outcomes for your internal clients. Ideally you should have:
Tertiary qualifications in HR or Business or related experienceExperience in administrative and advisory duties associated with the employee life cycleExperience interpreting and application of industrial instrumentsExperience with MS Office, teams and other IT applications (Docusign, Onedrive, Jotform and Power BI)1 to 2 years experience in a similar HR related role.Benefits You will be joining a business that truly values and seeks to develop its people – you will be supported in further training and career development pathways.
