This role is a temporary maternity leave contract for a 10 month period, with potential to extend based on the needs of the team.

What will you be doing in this role?
You will be reporting to and supporting the Head of People and Culture across the full suite of generalist activities, providing support and advice nationally with a focus on Learning & Development & Recruitment.
In this role your responsibilities will include: Coordinate and work with partners to facilitate end-to-end recruitment including: revision of position descriptions, advertising, candidate application management, shortlisting, reference checking, selection, onboarding and induction plan; Assist in management and resolution of employee matters whilst minimising organisational risk; Assist in performance management processes, disciplinary issues, disputes and grievances; Assist Managers with the design, coordination and delivery of firm-wide training and development frameworks; Assist in the coordination of D&I initiative; Utilise HR systems and tools to manage, record and report work activities; and Prepare and deliver corporate/firm communications and correspondence.
Does this sound like you?
At least 2 years' experience in a HR generalist/recruitment based role; Experience within a professional services environment preferred; Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and as part of the national HR team; Well-developed communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills for liaising with staff at all levels, external providers and external bodies; and Strong time management shills with the ability to handle pressure in a positive way.
