We're seeking an HR Advisor to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our people-focused strategies.
Working closely with the HR Manager and C&I HR leaders, you'll be instrumental in coordinating and administering a wide range of HR programs.From advising on policies and contracts to contributing to key areas like recruitment, training, employee relations, and compensation, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the full spectrum of HR activities.
If you thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to grow your career in a diverse and supportive team, we'd love to hear from you!Some of your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Act as a trusted point of contact for HR queries, building strong relationships with leaders and staff in your portfolio.Provide advice on policies, awards, enterprise agreements, and workplace relations.Guide and coach managers on recruitment, performance management, and employee relations matters.Support HR initiatives and contribute to the development of strategies, projects, and programs.Ensure accuracy and consistency in HR administrative tasks to support business needs.Maintain HRIS data and generate reports to support decision-making.Partner with divisional leaders on HR projects and deliver value through targeted initiatives.QualificationsReporting into HR Manager, the candidate we seek will ideally have:Qualifications & Expertise: Relevant HR or tertiary qualifications with proven experience providing HR advice to staff and managers.Customer-Centric Approach: A strong commitment to exceptional customer service and building positive relationships.Attention to Detail: Meticulous with processes, ensuring accuracy in every task.Outstanding Communication: Professional and articulate, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proactive Problem-Solving: A resourceful, proactive mindset to anticipate and address challenges effectively.Autonomous & Initiative-Driven: Comfortable working independently and taking initiative in a dynamic environment.Emotional Intelligence: Exceptional interpersonal skills with sound judgment and a high level of emotional intelligence.Multitasking Mastery: The ability to balance multiple tasks, projects, and priorities without missing a beat.Calm Under Pressure: Strong resilience and the ability to manage workload effectively in high-pressure situations.Industrial Relations Knowledge: Familiarity with unionised environments, including experience with Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs).Ready to make an impact?
