Integral to this fantastic culture is the appointment of an experienced and grounded HR Advisor, someone with experience in operations and change management, with the confidence to bring staff on the journey while supporting managers in their efforts to create positive work environments.
Description The Human Resources Advisor will be responsible for providing day-to-day human resources support across divisions through partnering with people leaders and contributing to strategic HR initiatives and projects.
Partner with key stakeholders and business teams on all day-to-day HR matters, including end-to-end recruitment, onboarding & offboarding, performance, people management practices, policy, and contract interpretation.
Provide appropriate and effective advice and coaching to employees and managers on people matters as required.
Implement strategic HR initiatives within allocated business teams and provide initiative-taking insights for HR solutions and programs.
Function as the HR Service Lead on projects & initiatives in key areas such as HR Policy & Procedures and Engagement.
Build positive relationships with employees and managers, demonstrating confidence, empathy, and sound business judgement during all interactions and the provision of HR advice.
Contribute to the development of the strategic HR plan and HR scoreboards.
Provide HR administration support as required to assist the HR team in meeting its objectives.
Profile An experienced HR Advisor with at least 2-3 years experience and the credibility to bring leaders on the journey in line with legislative requirements.
To be successful in this application, you will have:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources, business, or related field.
Proven success working in an HR Advisory capacity with generalist expertise.
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
Resourceful mindset and strong attention-to-detail.
Knowledge of national laws and regulations related to employment and workplace safety.
