THE ROLE Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Advisor will deliver strategic and operational human resources support to achieve business goals.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: Implementation of performance management, talent management, and succession planning programs and activities.
Coaching managers on Industrial Relations and Employee Relations matters.
Partnering with managers to implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
Coordinating recruitment, assessment, and selection processes for salaried roles.
Leading the implementation of change management initiatives.
Building service capability and driving employee engagement across the business.
THE CRITERIA To excel in this role, you will have: A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) advisory roles.
Proven capability in working closely with senior leadership to implement effective HR strategies.
Strong understanding of IR and employee relations, with the ability to navigate complex workplace issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships within the team and across the organisation.
Experience in hospitality, banking, insurance, or financial services.
A HR qualification or similar is highly desirable.
