Responsibilities Full employee life-cycle HR generalist activities and administration from pre-employment screenings, contract generation and candidate onboarding, position management and employee exits.
Inputting of relevant data into HRIS (Workday) and raising IT requests for new starters Undertaking a support role on HR Advisory & Services projects as directed by HR Business Managers and the General Manager, Human Resources Australia.
Managing HR Inbox, reviewing, responding and delegating as necessary Cost Centre administration for financial and budgetary purposes.
