Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be a highly organised individual who will thrive working under pressure and delivering to deadlines, whilst maintaining a high standard of service and attention to detail.To be considered for this position as a HR Advisor, you must possess the following as a minimum:A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource ManagementRelevant experience in a generalist human resources role advising leaders and managers on a wide range of HR and ER issuesExperience working in the civil and/or mining sectors would be highly desirableSound knowledge of industrial instruments (i.e. National Employment Standards, Fair Work Act, Enterprise Agreements, etc.)Specific interest in the enterprise agreement processDemonstrated analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills to effectively resolve issues in the workplaceAdvanced time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent attention to detail and analytical skillsHold a high level of integrity, confidentiality and credibilityAs a HR Advisor reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to:Providing general HR support and advice to stakeholders on ER/IR matters as requiredBuilding and managing relationships with vendors and key stakeholders and providing accurate information and advice on all areas of HR management, industrial and employee relationsManaging any grievance, disciplinary and capability investigations and any relevant associated paperworkAssisting sites in complying with all legislative obligations and providing input, perspective and documentation on key issues and disputesAssisting with enterprise agreement bargainingFostering a continuous improvement culture by continually assessing and developing processes to ensure efficiency, best practice and compliance with company policies and legislationContributing to the development, implementation and monitoring of policies and procedures based on relevant legislation and contemporary HR management practices which provide effective, consistent and timely delivery of HR servicesGenerating accurate activity and forecast reportsContributing to industrial relations prequalification tender assessment processAbout the Opportunity:"A Safe Day.
