About them: 
ACRWORLD have been working exclusively with this leading civil construction company who are looking to add to their HR function out on site. This highly regarded powerhouse business going to from strength to strength and are now needing an experienced HR professional to take control of all their current onsite projects, so the role will be FIFO position 8 days on 6 days off flying out from Perth. 

The great thing about this role is it will allow for complete autonomy and allow the next HR professional to "run things their way" as per what the General Manager said. This company is all about team work and incorporate a flat structure with an open door policy. If you support them they will always support you! 
 
The Role:  Back to back position on 8:6 roster Supporting site teams with implementation of HR processes and procedures. HR Generalist position with support to ER/IR  Current company size 300 staff due to increase significantly within the next 12-24 months.  You'll Need  Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
