Our team is growing, and we are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to join our team in our Perth office.
About the role Build relationships with business leaders to deliver end to end services around core people functions, including performance management, remuneration & benefits, coaching & development, talent management, and talent acquisition. Work with the HR Function across the Ausenco group (in Australia and overseas) to develop attractive project conditions for employees mobilising to site. Provide effective HR advice, coaching and support to key stakeholders. Advise on employee relation matters and contemporary practices. Support the development and delivery of HR projects. Support the recruitment process. Ensure the annual performance reviews drive engagement and career development. About you A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or similar. Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to influence and engage stakeholders and build strong relationships. Advanced communication, negotiation and influencing skills. Experience in similar industry is strong desired. Why Ausenco?
