About the Role With an exciting 12 months ahead and a very healthy pipeline of work, Civeo are looking to expand our People and Culture team to include a dynamic Advisor, People and Culture
Reporting to the Business Partner, People & Culture you'll be a crucial part of our collaborative team, applying your operational HR expertise across Australia.  Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
Provide timely advice to on-site supervisors and managers on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary matters, remuneration, policy, and conflict resolution. Assist in employee related investigations and grievance resolution, including facilitating discussions, meetings, and outcomes. Contribute the review, development, implementation and monitoring of People and Culture policies, guidelines and processes. Assist in the research and interpretation of employment contracts, relevant awards, enterprise agreements and legislation. Contribute to the planning and evaluation of People and Culture activities, assisting in the operational implementation of the People and Culture Strategic Plan. Maintain ongoing dialogue with the Business Partner, People and Culture on activity levels, any emerging trends, issues, or challenges. About You To be successful, you will have proven HR Generalist expertise at the Advisor level in a medium to large organisation and be a savvy HR professional who thrives in a fast-past environment and the confidence to deliver your message to key stakeholders. Additionally, you will ideally have: 
Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or similar Ideally, 2-3 years experience in a similar role  Proven ability to interpret and apply Enterprise Bargaining Agreements and/or other industrial agreements Experience supporting Hospitality, Village Operations or Mining will be highly regarded  Experience in conflict resolution and conducting investigations. Highly developed problem-solving and critical thinking skills and the ability to prioritise work.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with stakeholders An understanding of and complete commitment to Confidentiality Flexible to travel to site as required (roughly once a month, autonomy is provided).  Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug screening A National Police Clearance or be willing to obtain Current C Class Driver's Licence (desirable)What Civeo Can Offer You You'll have the opportunity to develop your career in a global organisation, contribute to an established brand focussed on growth.
