As a Human Resource Advisor for BEST, you will work collaboratively with a diverse range of internal stakeholders across a number of divisions, departments, programs, industries and Awards to ensure effective and compliant human resource operations, including providing comprehensive employee support, managing employee records through our HRIS, supporting recruitment activities, and handling general human resource functions.
About You:You will be a self-motivated and resilient individual with:
Previous HR generalist experience.Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to multitask.Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Ability to work autonomously, prioritise tasks as needed and maintain a high attention to detail.Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, both in person and remotely.Proficiency in recruitment and selection techniques, including sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates.Problem-solving skills to address complex HR issues and find effective solutions.Proven experience in HR operations management, including employee relations, performance management and HRIS administration.Relevant qualifications in Business Management or Human Resources and/or demonstrated relevant experience.Class C Driver's Licence.Clear National Criminal History Check.How to Apply: Click "Apply Now" and follow the instructions to upload the following TWO items:
