Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment) As HR Advisor in this newly created role, you'll play a vital role in AUSMASA's transformation, contributing both strategically and operationally while we scale. In this role, you'll establish and refine key HR processes, foster a culture of people-centered excellence, and be instrumental in our efforts to ensure long-term organisational success.

What will you be doing? Reporting to the Manager, People and Culture, your key responsibilities will include:
Recruitment & Onboarding: Create and implement best-practice recruitment and onboarding processes to enhance the candidate experience.People Systems Implementation: Lead the enhancement of HR systems, including setting up and managing Employment Hero, and identify new systems for continuous improvement.HR Process Management: Develop HR lifecycle processes that prioritise employee engagement, performance management, and succession planning.Policy Development: Collaborate on creating and maintaining position descriptions, KPIs, and performance standards to ensure alignment with AUSMASA's goals.Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal and external partners to ensure a seamless and efficient HR operation.More specifically, you will: Establish and optimise AUSMASA's capability frameworks and performance management processes.Develop and implement a bonus structure and contribute to succession planning.Guide managers in setting KPIs and driving performance, creating a culture of accountability and achievement.Build strong relationships, partnering with internal and external stakeholders that is both supportive and consultative.Must haves: Self-motivated and autonomous, with a strong sense of integrity and discretion. Able to lead initiatives independently and thrive in a supportive, purpose-led environment.Experience gained in-house across the full recruitment and onboarding life cycle and managing processes internally with a continuous improvement lens.A collaborative approach to forming strong relationships internally with hiring managers and business leaders.Bonus points: If you also happen to have any or all of the following, that would be a bonus! Bachelor's degree in HR or Business is desirable, however we also value your in-role experience.Exposure to Employment Hero, Microsoft Office, Monday.com, and Culture Amp.Who are we?
