Job Description Providing comprehensive HR advice and support to managers and employees.Assisting with the implementation of HR strategies.Managing employee relations and resolving issues proactively.Participating in recruitment, when required.Contributing to the development of policies and procedures.Ensuring compliance with all relevant HR laws and regulations.Supporting learning and development initiatives within the organisation.Participating in continuous improvement activities within the HR team. The Successful Applicant A successful HR Advisor will be able to demonstrate:
Proven experience in a similar HR Advisor role.Strong knowledge of HR practices and legislation.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.High level of discretion and commitment to confidentiality.Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
