This opportunity will see you engage and influence throughout all levels of the business.Reporting to the Group HR Manager, and working as part of a close knit team, this newly created position reflects the organisation's determination to maintain a competitive edge through its people and HR practices.You can expect broad responsibilities which will include:Provide generalist HR support to the business across all stages of the employee lifecycle including: recruitment and selection, onboarding, performance, development, employee engagement and offboarding.Provide consistent and timely advice in relation to HR enquiries, including EA or HR Policy as well as providing advice on performance, conduct, attendance and grievance management.Manage the tools, systems and processes to support employees and people managers throughout the employee lifecycle.Building strong relationships across the business and with external suppliers.We are seeking interest from HR practitioners with:Bachelor's degree in human resources (or other relevant discipline).Prior People & Culture generalist experience in a similar role (2 plus years). Experience in Employment Relations or Mergers & Acquisition highly regarded but not essential.Experience in Insurance, Financial Services or Professional Services is essential.Previous experience working in an environment with remote teams advantageous.Knowledge of HR policies and systems and familiarity with HR software and MS Office.This role will suit a professional, approachable and warm in style candidate with a strong attention to detail.
