We are expanding our team and seeking a qualified HR Advisor to contribute to our mission of creating an inclusive and supportive workplace.Responsibilities: As an HR Advisor at Approach Care, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dynamic team by:Recruitment and Onboarding:Collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.Conducting interviews and actively participating in the recruitment process.Facilitating smooth onboarding processes for new hires.Employee Relations:Providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.Addressing employee concerns to maintain a positive work environment.Assisting in conflict resolution and mediating employee disputes.Performance Management:Supporting the performance appraisal process.Collaborating with managers to identify training and development opportunities.Contributing to the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.Compliance:Staying informed about relevant employment laws and regulations.Ensuring compliance with NDIS requirements and standards.Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess:Minimum 6 months of experience in HR roles.Relevant degree or certification in Human Resources or a related field.Strong understanding of NDIS guidelines and processes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Proven organizational and problem-solving abilities.Competitive salary commensurate with experience.Opportunities for professional development and training.Positive and inclusive work culture.Contribution to a meaningful cause in the disability support sector.How to Apply: If you are passionate about making a difference and meet the qualifications outlined above, we invite you to apply by submitting your resume and a cover letter to ******.
