The Role: Our client is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their team, providing expert policy advice and support on HR matters, including investigations and complaints.
This full-time, 3-month role offers an excellent opportunity for professionals with a strong HR and workplace relations background to contribute to a dynamic, impactful environment.
Responsibilities: Advise principals on HR issues, including investigations and complaints.
Provide guidance on HR policies and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
Assist with workplace relations matters, offering practical solutions and strategic advice.
About You: Experience in HR and workplace relations, ideally within the public sector.
Knowledge of HR policies and the ability to provide advice on complex issues.
Previous experience handling investigations, complaints, or disciplinary matters is preferred.
