Role PurposeAs an HR Advisor, you will deliver expert telephone and written HR advisory services to managers across the business, focusing on absence management and well-being.
You'll work to achieve the best outcomes for the organization and its employees, managing cases related to long- and short-term absences, flexible working, well-being, and family-friendly policies.
