This role will utilise your customer service and communication skills to provide advice and guidance to ensure an excellent employee experience.As a HR Advisor at Hydro Tasmania, you will:Assist the HR Business Partners, managers and employees with generalist support and advice through your demonstrated experience of interpreting relevant legislation, industrial instruments, and policies for tailored advice.Effectively support the onboarding, offboarding, and SAP/SuccessFactors establishment management processes across the organisation.Support other projects and initiatives which contribute to achieving our strategic objectives, including identifying opportunities for contemporary practice.This role is for a fixed-term position until October 2025.More information can be found in the attached Position Description: PD - P&C - HR Advisor - HT3 - Dec2022.pdf.Haven't convinced you yet?In addition to a competitive remuneration package, this role offers the unique advantage of being directly involved in contributing to key customer-focussed system enhancements for Hydro Tasmania.
