Details of the offer

This position is responsible for providing comprehensive HR support, guiding managers and employees through best practices in people management, and ensuring that HR operations align with our Pharmacy group goals and values. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and analytical skills and a thorough understanding of HR policies and general employment law.
Key Responsibilities: Employee Relations: Advise and support managers on employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, performance management, conflict resolution, and workplace grievances.
HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure compliance and stay up to date with employment laws and regulations in our industry. Update and communicate company policies and procedures, and maintain HR documentation.
Performance Management: Assist in the implementation and administration of performance review processes, providing guidance to managers and employees to support career development.
Learning & Development: Identify training needs and opportunities for employee development and engagement. Coordinate or deliver HR training sessions and resources to employees.
HR Data Management: Maintain and manage HR data and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. 
Health & Wellbeing: Promote employee well-being and a positive work environment by collaborating with the HR & Payroll Manager to coordinate wellness programs and support mental health initiatives throughout our group.
Requirements: Extensive experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field2-5 years of experience in an HR Advisor or similar HR role.Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution and mediation
