Key responsibilities include:Providing expert HR advice and support to managers and employeesEnsuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulationsDeveloping and implementing HR policies and proceduresUpdating employment contractsDriving continuous improvement in HR practicesThe Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate must have:Demonstrated experience in a similar role, reviewing and adapting policy & procedureStrong knowledge of employment law and relevant awardsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skillsAbility to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
