Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment) About Us Veris is a market leading national survey, spatial and planning business. The Opportunity Reporting into an experienced, collaborative, General Manager of People and Culture, you will play a pivotal role in the timely delivery of HR advice and expertise to our leaders. Your role will involve cultivating strong working relationships and influencing people leaders in the development and execution of various people and culture projects and initiatives aligned with organisational strategy.As a generalist, your work will be varied, with a key focus on developing leadership capabilities, driving cultural transformation, and continuing to enhance employee engagement. You will provide accurate and timely HR generalist advice, support and guidance to employees and supervisors/managers on matters across the entire employee lifecycle. This newly created role offers the opportunity for you to shape its trajectory, make an impact in a growing organisation, and further your career through continuous learning and development. About YouStrong generalist capability and experience dealing with all aspects of the employee lifecycle; Previous experience building leadership capability; Experience in employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedure; Exceptional relationship and influencing skills across all levels; Proven capabilities working in an environment of high ambiguity and pace; Leading cultural change; Strong coaching capability; Experience in embedding learning and development programs will be advantageous; Agility, resilience, planning and prioritisation skills and the ability to flex between operational and strategic pieces of work.
