Hybrid role.Business Partnering position.About Our ClientOur client is a national association with a strong brand name in Brisbane.Job DescriptionAs the HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing a range of generalist HR functions. You will work closely with leadership and management teams, as well as employees, to ensure the effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and practices. Your expertise will be instrumental in providing advice, coaching, and guidance on a wide range of employment-related matters, while also supporting the day-to-day operations of the team and engaging in project work.Key Responsibilities:Provide expert advice to leadership and the wider firm on HR matters.Support leadership with insights on team performance and development.Coach junior HR team members and enhance leaders' performance through targeted coaching.Ensure HR platforms and processes comply with legislation and maintain accurate records.Coordinate performance programs and related processes.Develop and maintain job descriptions and manage an online document system.Handle employee lifecycle correspondence and support induction/onboarding of new staff.Assist with event planning, organization, and company-wide HR events.Collaborate on HR initiatives, including Graduate and Vacation programs.Maintain HR databases and handle confidential information adhering to privacy principles.The Successful ApplicantYou will have previous experience as a HR Advisor/HR Business Partner ideally working within the professional services space. With highly developed knowledge of HR organisational policies and practices, you will have the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver timely outcomes across a broad range of deliverables. You will also have:A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field (desirable but not essential);Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills;Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with business leaders and cross-functional teams;Ability to work independently, prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.What's on OfferCBD location - hybrid working arrangementsTrue business partnering positionWell known firm
