About The Opportunity We are looking for an HR Advisor to join the team in Auckland on a part-time basis with flexibility.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and proceduresAdvising managers on staff development, employment law, and dealing with employee relations issuesFacilitating the recruitment process, which includes posting job adverts, coordinating interviews and handling the employment contract processManaging employee benefit programs and advising employees about their benefitsCarrying out regular salary reviews and ensuring that pay practices comply with legal requirementsIdentifying training needs within the organisation and designing training programsMaintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with data protection regulationsHandling grievances and implementing disciplinary proceduresAbout You The successful candidate will have:
