Where you'd be working: This new HR Advisor role will be based in our Forest Hill office (Head Office), servicing our national employee base.
The role sits in the Pronto People team and in the wider Finance and Admin team including HR, Finance, Risk and Legal, reporting to Manager Pronto People.
What you'd be doing (your day will look like this): Reporting to our HR Manager, our HR Advisor will assist with work across the employee lifecycle, supporting our Development/Software, Branches (Professional Services, Support, Sales) and Corporate team members; including recruitment activities and support, policy advice, development and implementation and employee relations: Recruitment Employee and staff matters Strategy and policy implementation Employee engagement and performance We're looking for new HR Advisor who has: 3+ years experience in an equivalent HR role Bachelor's degree or similar qualifications in Human Resources.
Strong communication skills both oral and written Systematic and logical approach to problem resolution Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment Experience in Change Management Demonstrated skills to enable the delivery of people strategies within the business Demonstrated skills in managing employee relations issues Demonstrated current knowledge and experience in the application of contemporary HR (including WH&S) best practice, including the ability to interpret and ensure organisational compliance with legislation, regulatory frameworks, awards, agreements, and policy.
Experience in supporting staff engagement outcomes.
The ability to run successful recruitment exercises and supporting staff engagement and retention outcomes.
