The OpportunityAs a Graduate HR Advisor, you will be responsible for a range of recruitment, HR Admin, employee relations, onboarding and offboarding tasks with support from the existing client services team. This includes:
Attend client meetings and regular 1-on-1 employee catch ups.Maintain various HRIS Systems on behalf of clients (e.g., Employment Hero).Assist the onboarding and induction of new starters.Conduct exit interviews and offboarding tasks.Draft a range of contracts, agreements, offers and amendment letters.Prepare employee surveys and annual staff performance appraisals.Support our clients and their employees through any other matters that arise.The Right PersonWe are seeking someone who will 'own' the above and be proactive in their approach to work. The role requires you to be organised, forward-thinking and able to handle a wide variety of tasks. The successful candidate will also possess:
Bachelor's qualification (or above) in Business, HR, Law, Psychology, Commerce or related field.Strong time management and organisational capabilities.Effective written and verbal communication skills.A positive, friendly and outgoing personality.Exemplary attention to detail paired with an ability to learn fast.A passion for people and desire to keep up to date with evolving trends.Sound like the right fit for you?
