You will be responsible for:
Involvement in project-based activities and facilitating their implementation Serve as a mentor to the business by supporting a range of complex issues and harnessing risk mitigation strategies to guide the HR process Employee lifecycle management coordinating the onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews and trend analysis to capture key information/data to drive organisational strategies Apply a continuous improvement mindset to enhance and streamline HR processes Delivering robust, personalised support and legislative guided advice acting as an expert within the realm of employment and industrial relations Uphold company values and maintain integrity and confidentiality as a key contact in the Human Resources Department Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to build strong, dynamic relationships Foster, nurture and drive a positive workplace culture and promote the core values of the business as a visible member of the HR team Assist with salary benchmarking and conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends About You
We are seeking a dynamic, people-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You will bring:
HR Diploma or higher (preferred) A friendly, enthusiastic demeanour with excellent attention to detail and relationship-building skills A valid C-class driver's license Industry experience in the mining or heavy-duty sectors (highly desirable) Proven experience and competency at an advisor level The ability to maintain a FIFO lifestyle What We Offer
