Hr Advisor - Brisbane

We are looking for a motivated dynamic HR Advisor to join our friendly team based in Brisbane.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering HR Discussions, Processes, and Functions and is looking to make their next career move into a broader HR space.
Key Responsibilities: Provide coaching and advice to people leaders (performance management, grievances, investigations, and disciplinary action);Recruitment & Selection Support (coaching, job descriptions & contract development);Basic ability to interpret industrial instruments (i.e.
awards);Administrative duties and reporting;Induction Support & Employee Exits;Maintaining employee data and use of HRIS;Change Management support;Contribute to the development and success of key people initiatives (reward & recognition, wellbeing & induction programs);Providing support for Mergers and Acquisitions.To be successful in the role you will have: Minimum of 1-2 years generalist experience in HR Coordinator and/or HR Advisory roles;Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, under pressure, and within tight deadlines;Demonstrated ER knowledge, skills, and experience;Ability to coach, influence, and enable leaders;Exceptional communication and relationship management skills;Recruitment & Selection experience;Be Resilient and Solutions focused;Have the passion and ability to drive & deliver value-based initiatives;Tertiary qualifications in HR or related discipline (or working towards completion).About Us Rentokil Initial is an international business services company employing over 65,000 colleagues across more than 95 countries.
