Hr Advisor - Brisbane

Description: We are looking for a motivated dynamic HR Advisor to join our friendly team based in Brisbane.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering HR Discussions, Processes, and Functions and is looking to make their next career move into a broader HR space.
Key Responsibilities: Provide coaching and advice to people leaders (performance management, grievances, investigations and disciplinary action); Recruitment & Selection Support (coaching, job descriptions & contract development); Basic ability to interpret industrial instruments (i.e. awards) Administrative duties and reporting Induction Support & Employee Exits; Maintaining employee data anduse of HRIS Change Management support; and Contribute to the development and success of key people initiatives (reward & recognition, wellbeing & induction programs) Providing support for Mergers and Acquisitions To be successful in the role you will have: Minimum of 1-2 years generalist experience in HR Coordinator and/or HR Advisory roles; Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, under pressure, and within tight deadlines; Demonstrated ER knowledge, skills, and experience; Ability to coach, influence, and enable leaders; Exceptional communication and relationship management skills; Recruitment & Selection experience; Be Resilient and Solutions focused; Have the passion and ability to drive & deliver value-based initiatives; and Tertiary qualifications in HR or related discipline (or working towards completion) About Us Rentokil Pest, a division of the global company Rentokil Initial, has been offering a complete range of Pest solutions to Australian businesses for over 40 years.
