The Team: The Statewide Recruitment Service has offices based in Burnie, Launceston, and Hobart. This role is based in Burnie, at the TAFE Campus. We provide recruitment support to Health service delivery functions within the North West Region.
The role: In this role the HR Advisor will:
Provide quality human resource advice and services in support of a contemporary human resource function in accordance with the Tasmanian State Service framework. In conjunction with the HR Manager and/or HR Consultant, work with management in support of the development and implementation of human resource practices, policies and protocols while providing sound advice and support to managers and employees on contemporary human resource matters. Note: - Please refer to the Statement of Duties for all the selection criteria of this position to address in your application.
Details of Appointment Permanent full time, day workerposition working 76hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as you are able to join our team!

Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time and part time vacancies. Salary: $95,393 - $100,067 per annumOur Employer 11% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.

Relevant qualification from a recognised institution or equivalent experience.
